Why is the toilet paper brown?

Bamboo toilet paper is unbleached, hence the natural beige color. The process of making bamboo toilet paper does not require the use of harsh chemicals like chlorine and bleach. Most toilet paper on the market is made from chemically treated wood pulp using chlorine bleach, which creates carcinogenic toxins that are extremely bad for you and the environment.

Is the packaging plastic?

No, the packaging is made of 100% sugarcane material and very compostable and biodegradable.

Does Leafy ship nationwide?

Yes, we ship to all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription anytime. You’re not locked into any term with our subscription or a cancellation fee if you need to cancel. (Reference next question)

How can I manage my orders and the frequency?

To manage upcoming orders you can go back to www.getleafyproducts.com and click the profile icon in the top right corner. Underneath login you will see "Need help accessing your subscription?" click the "click here" button and enter your email address to manage your subscription directly. You will have access to skip upcoming orders or change the frequency of your deliveries from there. You are also able to cancel your order here if you need to.

How do I update my card information?

Once you’re logged into your subscription page, click payment methods. At the bottom select edit, which will take you to a page that will prompt you to select “Send update email.” After selecting to receive an update email, check your email to input updated card information for your subscription. Be sure to check you spam folder if you haven’t received an email.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It will take 2 – 5 days to receive your order. If you’re in the Columbus, OH area you could receive your order same day. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Is the toilet paper scented?

No, Leafy toilet paper is all-natural bamboo and does not use any scent chemicals. It is perfect for sensitive skin.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is FREE for all products to all 50 states.

Where is the toilet paper sourced?

The raw material bamboo is sourced in China and made in the USA.
